Every gift supports exceptional patient care at EvergreenHealth and can be conveniently processed by check, debit or credit card, and yes, cash too.
We also accept recurring donations, which are vital to building a strong foundation of support for EvergreenHealth. To establish a monthly gift, select the amount to wish to donate under “recurring gift” on our online donation form. We can process gifts online, by phone or email.
Many major employers in our region generously offer to match cash donations made by current employees and even retirees formerly employed by an organization. Some employers will also match volunteer hours with cash donations, making your impact even more significant. Reach out to your human resources team to learn more about your company’s policies.

Donors can support the future of community health care with a planned gift. There are many different paths for legacy giving that can culminate in major impact for local health care. For example, legacy donors can designate EvergreenHealth Foundation as a beneficiary in their estate, make a cash gift in a will or trust, donate appreciated securities, pull from a donor advised fund, investment retirement account and more. Partners that make a planned gift to EvergreenHealth Foundation are recognized as members of our legacy society.

Tribute Gifts
Donors can support EvergreenHealth Foundation’s mission while honoring a loved one with a tribute gift. Commemorate a milestone or important moment with a tribute gift, and EvergreenHealth Foundation will send a tribute card to whomever you choose. Indicate on the card who should be notified of the gift and honorees will be listed in our Annual Report unless otherwise stipulated.
Memorial Gifts
Many donate in memory of a deceased loved one by sharing their support for EvergreenHealth or a specific service line within the hospital system. Language can be included in an obituary notice with information about how to make a memorial gift to EvergreenHealth Foundation, e.g., “Memorial gifts can be made to the EvergreenHealth Foundation, 12040 NE 128th St, MS 5, Kirkland, WA, 98034-3013.”
Tribute & Memorial Murals
We work with Hospice Care and the Family Maternity Center at EvergreenHealth to create commemorative benches, bricks, slates and/or murals that are placed in the serene locations on our beautiful campus in Kirkland. EvergreenHealth benefits from a culture of workplace philanthropy, where everyone can contribute to our not-for-profit hospital’s mission of care. We accept donations from EvergreenHealth team members via payroll deduction, one-time or monthly gifts, and/or PTO hour donations, which can be designated for a specific purpose or to support the greatest needs of our hospital.
As leaders in our hospital, EvergreenHealth physicians and advanced practice providers play an important role in promoting our culture of giving.
