Join us October 31st – November 11th, 2022 to support Give Together, Grow Together – EvergreenHealth’s annual workplace giving campaign. Funds contributed by staff, volunteers and physicians will benefit EvergreenHealth’s ‘Grow Together Fund.’

EvergreenHealth’s ‘Grow Together Fund’ supports staff-proposed projects. In 2023, funds contributed to this year’s campaign will be redistributed to departments who submit proposals to fund small unbudgeted initiatives that improve patient care and experience.

Our collective giving gives us a greater opportunity to invest in these home-grown initiatives that promote the health and well-being of those we serve. When we give together, we grow together.

For those who’ve given in previous years – thank you! Gifts donated via payroll deduction will automatically renew in 2023. Payroll deduction gifts previously designated to the Employee Financial Assistance Fund will be redirected to the Grow Together Fund. If you’d like to maintain your gift to Employee Financial Assistance, please contact foundation@evergreenhealth.com. All other payroll deduction gifts (to areas other than employee financial assistance) will be maintained – no action is required. We encourage you to consider increasing your donation per pay period – even a small increase gives us the opportunity to fund a greater number of proposals.

For new donors – welcome! We invite you to consider making a gift in one of the following ways:

  • Payroll Deduction – Choose the gift amount to be automatically deducted from your paycheck each pay period starting in January 2023.
  • PTO Hours – Employees who’ve worked at least 6 months at EvergreenHealth are eligible to donate PTO hours. PTO hour donations cannot be completed online – donation form required.
  • One-time Donation – All employees and volunteers can donate a meaningful personal gift to contribute towards the campaign.

Thank you for the many ways you contribute to the community of care at EvergreenHealth and for helping us continue to move forward and grow together.
