The EvergreenHealth Foundation’s Physician & APP Circle is a group of active and retired physicians and advanced practice providers who promote the EvergreenHealth culture of philanthropy by giving back on an annual basis. Support via the Physician & APP Circle ensures that EvergreenHealth continues to be on the forefront of healthcare for our growing community. Your generosity inspires, it advances care and it heals.
Membership is a minimum pledge of $2,600 per year ($100 per pay period), which can be made as a one-time gift, via payroll deduction or given monthly by credit card. You are able to designate your gift to a particular fund or service line. Popular choices are the Give Together, Grow Together Grant Fund, Employee Financial Assistance Fund, EvergreenHealth Greatest Needs Fund or to a specific service line.
