Membership is a minimum pledge of $2,600 per year ($100 per paycheck). You are able to designate your support where you would like it to go. Payroll deduction donations roll over each year automatically. To cancel or make edits to your deduction, please contact the Foundation office at 425.899.1900 or foundation@evergreenhealth.com.
