Thanks to support from our community, EvergreenHealth’s Phil and Katie Carter Heart Care Center offers clinically sophisticated diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation for heart disease and heart attack. Providing heart screenings, diagnostic tests, emergency care, heart treatments and cardiac rehabilitation services, our team of skilled providers collaborate to provide comprehensive heart care that best fits the patient’s needs, both immediate and long-term.

Funded by community philanthropy, our state-of-the-art catheterization lab allows EvergreenHealth to provide a wide range of treatments for various cardiac conditions, including coronary angioplasty and stenting, pacemakers, and implanted cardioverter defibrillators. Our 3-D interventional radiology suite utilizes the breakthrough multimodality 3-D-fusion imaging technology, which enables interventional radiology specialists to visualize internal anatomy and perform a broad array of minimally invasive procedures.

Following a heart attack or procedure, EvergreenHealth also provides cardiac rehabilitation services, an individualized outpatient program designed to maximize recovery and help patients resume an active and healthy lifestyle. Offering a full complement of ancillary services is a key part of providing high-quality, comprehensive care.
